The change of Judges from Hutchinson to Arnold is not documented with a recusal or reassignment order. 

Also of the few transcripts available conveniently not transcribed or missing is the date where Hutchinson stated in court her reason for recusing herself due to her political aspirations of becoming an appeals court judge and her worries over how the local press would play up her decisions in my case in their articles.

Also it should be noted that someone pulled most of these records out of microfiche archives on 8/19/2016 that made them instantly available almost immediately following the Baudins 8/10/2016 agreement to cap the case and enter into the ADR agreement in the circuit court with that fraud Meyer presiding over his kangaroo court in violation of the automatic stay. I don’t believe this was a coincidence since the clerk does not expend the money to digitize microfiche archives without a request and payment to do so.
